Specific service scope, frequency and pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Bookings made through our website, by phone or by email are confirmed once agreed by both parties. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked service wherever possible, to allow us to reallocate staff time fairly.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or contract confirmation. Invoices for ongoing commercial contracts are typically issued monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your Gracious Lively Ltd carries public liability insurance across our services. While we take all reasonable care in the selection and supervision of staff, we encourage clients to raise any concerns promptly so they can be addressed directly.
